How to install your UK eSIM

Your QR arrives by email or on the order page within about a minute of payment. Install it on the phone you will use, you cannot move an eSIM profile to another device after activation.

iPhone (iOS)

1Open the QR image or scan it with the Camera app.
2Tap Add Cellular Plan when prompted, then follow the on-screen steps.
3Label the line (e.g. UK Number) and choose it for SMS if asked.
4Turn on the new plan under Settings → Mobile → your eSIM line.

Android

1Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM (wording varies by brand).
2Scan the QR code or enter the SM-DP+ details from your delivery email.
3Enable the new profile and allow a few minutes to register on the network.
4Set the line active for SMS if your phone asks which SIM handles messages.

After installation

Each QR works only once: scan it on the device you will keep. One installation per eSIM; the code cannot be scanned again.
After activation, dial *132# on that line to see your UK +44 number.
Incoming SMS and calls work worldwide once the line shows as active, no UK visit required for SMS.

How to find your +44 number

Your number is assigned at activation. To read it on the handset, open the phone app on the UK eSIM line and dial *132#, the number appears in a popup within a few seconds.
